An easy Easter pudding to make with the kids
Easter is the most special time of the year for our family (and many other Christians around the world). It’s actually a far bigger celebration for some and every year we try our best to observe the holiday in a thoughtful manner with our girls. We will be reading Bible, decorating resurrection eggs, remembering God’s immense sacrifice, and also spending precious time with family, enjoying meals together and pausing in gratitude. So, when LIBSTAR surprised us with a little Easter recipe drop making use of our favourite Hot cross Buns from Woolworths – we knew we had to give it a try. This Chocolate Hot Cross Bun Bake is such an easy easter pudding packed with loads of flavour and yumminess. We simply couldn’t keep it to ourselves…
An easy easter pudding: Chocolate Hot Cross Bun Bake
The girls loved decorating their own slice of pudding with sprinkles and a drizzle of Robertsons chocolate flavoured dessert sauce. Mr. Perfect and I stuck to classic Vanilla ice cream, dessert sauce and a chocolate marshmallow egg. Either way, this pudding got an ALL THUMBS UP from everyone. Gooey and fluffy with just the right amount of chocolate and sweetness.
